EGA Marine wasn't built like a traditional repair shop. We originally launched to support the rigorous maintenance demands of the Freedom Boat Club of South Florida—a massive fleet that grew to over 180 boats across 13 locations under the leadership of our Founder, Dan Lund. Keeping a fleet of that scale running flawlessly required unparalleled operational efficiency and technical precision.
Following the sale of the club in 2024, we expanded EGA Marine’s operations. Today, we bring that same fleet-level reliability, fast turnaround time, and factory-certified expertise directly to individual boat owners and private fleets from St. Lucie down to Miami-Dade County.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Skip is a multi-level Certified Technician in both Mercury and Yamaha platforms. He oversees complex diagnostics, electrical work, and complete engine repowers with uncompromising precision.
The organizational anchor of EGA Marine. Mariah oversees technician scheduling, processes Mercury and Yamaha warranty claims, and manages vital parts inventory to minimize your vessel's downtime.
A rising star in the marine industry, Nick holds advanced Mercury and Yamaha certifications. From routine maintenance to complex outboard diagnostics, his technical mastery ensures every vessel performs at peak reliability.
Fully Yamaha and Mercury Certified, Christian specializes in advanced diagnostics using proprietary tools like YDIS. He excels at electrical troubleshooting, fuel system servicing, and complete vessel safety checks.
Bringing high-performance fabrication experience from the custom automotive world, Brian holds a strong command of complex electronic and diagnostic systems, ensuring modern fly-by-wire center consoles run flawlessly.
